Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In order to obtain a refund, you need fill out our returns form and put it in with your parcel before you send it back to us.
If you order a product in error, you must pay your own (non-refundable) shipping costs for returning your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging. If the parcel is delivered damaged then try to inform the delivery driver before he leaves, to make the replacement/refund process quicker. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods such as bait or frozen goods.

We endeavour to stick to a maximum of a 72 hour turnaround for returned products and if a refund is to be issued then this can take up to 3 working days before it reaches your account. As soon as we receive your item we will notify you by email.
You will also need to inform us if you would like a refund or a replacement product; if a replacement product is not available then a refund will automatically be issued.
